Des jeux neuf
Il est uniquement possible de retourner des jeux neuf si le jeu se trouve encore dans emballage d'origine. Si vous l'avez sorti de l'emballage, vous êtes obligés de l'acheter. En ce cas Gamewalhalla refuse chaque retour. Tous les frais liés ou retour sont payés par l'acheteur.
Des jeux d'occasion
Gamewalhalla n'accepte pas le retour pour des jeux d'occasion. Néanmoins nous offrons un 100% "Satisfait ou Remboursé" garanti sur tous nos articles. En cas votre article ne fonctionne pas, il est couvert par nos conditions de garanti. En ce cas vous le pouvez retourner. Après que nous l'avons reçu, vous recevrai une exemplaire de remplacement - si disponible - ou votre prix d'achat est remboursé à 100% (inclus tous les frais liés au retour de l'article). Tous les objets qui sont retournés sont profondément testés. Si l'article n'a pas de défauts, il sera renvoyé. Les frais pour le renvoi seront à votre charge.

Deze kunnen enkel teruggestuurd worden indien deze zich in de oorspronkelijke, ongeopende verpakking bevinden. Het openen van de verpakking verplicht u tot de aankoop. Retouren voor deze games worden niet aanvaard. Alle kosten verbonden aan het terugsturen zijn volledig ten laste van de koper.
2dehandsgames
Gamewalhalla aanvaardt geen retouren voor 2dehandsgames. Wij bieden wel een 100% niet-goed-geld-terug-garantie op al onze games, consoles en accessoires. Mocht uw item een defect vertonen, wordt dit volledig gedekt door onze garantie. Als uw item defect is, kan u dit terugsturen. Nadat we het object ontvangen hebben, ontvangt u een vervangexemplaar - indien beschikbaar - of wordt uw aankoopbedrag integraal teruggestort (inclusief alle kosten verbonden aan het terugsturen). Alle artikelen die teruggestuurd worden, worden grondig getest. Als blijkt dat deze toch werken, worden deze terug naar u gestuurd. De kosten hieraan verbonden zijn geheel ten laste van de koper.

New games can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging. Breaking the seal obliges you to buy the game. In this case Gamewalhalla will no longer accept a return.
Second-hand games
Gamewalhalla does not accept returns for second-hand games. Nevertheless we offer a 100% "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee on all of our items. If the item you receive isn't working it is covered by our guarantee. In this case you can return the item. After we've received it you will receive a replacement - if available - or you will be refunded 100% (including all costs associated with the return of the item). All items that are returned are thoroughly tested. If the item is found not to be defective it will be returned to you and you will be liable for all costs associated with re-delivery, so please make certain that any problem you experience definitely is caused by the game being faulty.
