Dead on arrival (DOA) or faulty goods will be replaced out under the manufacturers warranty or money refunded. However, we must be advised of DOA items within 14 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. We will then issue you with an RMA Returns No. and correct returns address details. Any goods returned without a valid RMA Returns No. will not be processed.
