Amerone bvba shall not be liable in anyway if the event that such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the payment for any reason.

Shipping & Handling Policy
You acknowledge and agree to pay for all charges for shipping and handling, as well as VAT and all other applicable taxes, associated with your order. These charges will be automatically calculated for you and will be debited from your credit card account along with the total cost of the product once your order has been shipped. The online order form may provide an estimate of applicable shipping, handling and tax charges. Actual charges may vary and will be reflected on the invoice. Amerone bvba uses TNT courier and Postal services to ship your order. Therefore deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Delivery and shipping dates stated herein are best estimates only and Amerone bvba shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for failure to deliver in accordance with any specified shipping or delivery dates.
Product Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We automatically update the Amerone eShop in an effort to offer you the most up to date products available. It may be possible that an item is out of stock. If the total shipping period is likely to take over 15 working days from the acceptance of the order, you will be contacted by our services. Amerone bvba reserves the right to make partial shipments (instalment deliveries) and back order remaining products for future shipment, unless you inform Amerone bvba that you wish "Complete Shipment Only", immediately upon submitting your order. You acknowledge and agree that deliveries involving "Complete Shipment Only" orders may be delayed as a result of your request.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE FIRST SEVEN (7) DAYS. If you are not 100% satisfied or the product becomes defective in the first seven days after receipt of it, you may return it for a refund or a replacement. Before returning the goods, you will contact us by sending an e-mail within 7 days of your invoice date to Amerone giving us the following formation: -the product number (reference) -the reason for your return. -the invoice number and date
International Invoices: We can invoice without tax. You need a valid TVA number. Do not try to send fake numbers we will check and invoice TVA if not a valid number is given.
